◈ ‘개인정보 수집‧이용‧제공’에 관한 법(시행령 포함) 안내

○ 개인정보보호법 제15조(개인정보의 수집‧이용), 제17조(개인정보의 제공)

4단계 BK21 사업 참여인력 본인은 4단계 BK21 사업 관리 및 성과 관리에 있어 한국연구재단이 본인의 학력, 경력, 연구업적 등에 관한 정보를 활용할 필요가 있다는 것을 이해하고 있으며, 이를 위해 『개인정보 보호법』등에 의해 보호되고 있는 본인에 관한 각종 정보자료를 한국연구재단에 제공하는데 동의합니다. 

또한 본인이 서명날인한 동의서의 복사본은 사업관리 및 성과관리에 필요한 다양한 자료 수집의 편의를 위해 원본과 동일하게 유효하다는 것을 인정합니다.

-  Participants may refuse to consent to the agreement to collect and use personal information. Those who decline the agreement acknowledge that they could be barred from participation in BK21 FOUR program.

-  Shinhan Card*

2. Purpose of use of the personal information by the recipients

-  Survey analysis, performance tracking, auditing of national research and development projects

-  Issuing and managing research expense cards*

3. Personal information items to be provided

(Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and ICT, National Assembly, Board of Audit and Inspection) – Participating personnel's registration number, personal information, academic background, career, research achievements, etc.

(Shinhan Card) – Cardholder's personal information, contact information, etc.*

4. Period of personal information retention and use by the recipients

(Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and ICT, National Assembly, Board of Audit and Inspection) – Until the completion of performance tracking and auditing

(Shinhan Card) – For a period of five years following cancellation of the research expense fund card

5. Disclaimer on the right to refuse consent and disadvantages due to refusal of consent

-  Participants may refuse to consent to the agreement to collect and use personal information. Those who decline the agreement acknowledge that they could be barred from participation in BK21 FOUR projects.

◈ Guidance on the Act on the Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information (including Enforcement Decree)

○ Personal Information Protection Act, Article 15 (collection and use of personal information), Article 17 (provision of personal information)

The BK21 FOUR participants themselves or graduate students (the graduates) understand that there is a need for the National Research Foundation of Korea to utilize information related to the academic background, career, research achievements, etc. of the BK21 FOUR program participants for effective project and performance management, and agree to provide various information about themselves, this information being protected under the Personal Information Protection Act, to the National Research Foundation of Korea. 

In addition, it is acknowledged that, for the convenience of collecting various materials necessary for business management and performance management, the copy of the consent form signed and sealed by the participant is the same as the original.
